• Clients must ensure data accuracy and system readiness; the company is not responsible for failures caused by incomplete or inaccurate client data.
• Integration timelines may vary depending on system complexity and third-party dependencies.

3.4 Creative Services

• Photography and videography sessions require client approval of concepts, locations, and schedules.
• Clients are responsible for obtaining necessary permissions for shoots in private or public locations.
• Deliverables such as edited photos or videos are provided digitally, with copyright retained by Maganda Digital Solutions until full payment is received.

4. User Responsibilities

• Use our services in a lawful manner and do not attempt to hack, disrupt, or misuse any system or service.
• Provide accurate information during registration or service requests.
• Keep your account credentials secure and confidential.
• Comply with all local laws, regulations, and guidelines when using our services.

5. Payments, Fees, and Refunds
