- All intellectual property created for the client remains the property of the client upon full payment, unless otherwise stated.
- Testing and bug fixes are included in the project timeline. Post-deployment support is offered under separate agreements.

- Clients must ensure data accuracy and system readiness; the company is not responsible for failures caused by incomplete or inaccurate client data.
- Integration timelines may vary depending on system complexity and third-party dependencies.
3.4 Creative Services
- Photography and videography sessions require client approval of concepts, locations, and schedules.
- Clients are responsible for obtaining necessary permissions for shoots in private or public locations.
- Deliverables such as edited photos or videos are provided digitally, with copyright retained by Maganda Digital Solutions until full payment is received.
4. User Responsibilities
- Use our services in a lawful manner and do not attempt to hack, disrupt, or misuse any system or service.
- Provide accurate information during registration or service requests.
- Keep your account credentials secure and confidential.
- Comply with all local laws, regulations, and guidelines when using our services.
5. Payments, Fees, and Refunds
